Reporting to the Manager - Training and Development, the Lead Training and Learning Specialist will enhance the competencies of individual employees across Wellways by supporting and conducting training programs with an, that improve employees workplace performance in alliance with the organisation's strategic goals and reflecting core values.
This role will have a design focus particularly in the E-learning environment. The role will be to work closely with Wellways core functional units: People and Culture, Quality and Corporate Support Services, as well as with key internal and external stakeholders .
We already have a great series of learning programs in place that our Training Team deliver and this forms a great foundation for staff workforce development We are looking to build upon what we have so that our frontline services and corporate teams can continue to thrive within their roles, career and service delivery.
We want to build upon our employee and leader experience and support them with ongoing development opportunities through engaging training programs and resources. This all forms part of our workforce strategy which we are very excited about.
The Lead Training and Learning Specialist you will have a passion for learner-centric approaches to learning and commitment to continuous improvement of learning design and training delivery. You'll bring this passion and expertise to help us progress our workforce planning initiatives. You'll be a natural team player who will provide mentorship, guidance and coaching to the broader Workforce Development team. You will want to make a difference!
