About:
The Manager Performance and Planning leads a team providing support to the organisation in health data management and analysis and governance, project management, business planning and reporting.
The position includes the following areas of responsibility:
- Managing health data and associated systems, including analysis and reporting.
- Delivering high quality health needs assessments to support commissioning
- Data governance and privacy
- Leadership of project management and annual business planning
- Delivering an organisational performance and quality framework.
- Supporting team members to achieve their best, to positively contribute and engage in the success of the organisation.
Selection Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in health, business, project management or data analytics.
- Understanding and experience of data analytics and reporting systems e.g. Azure, Synapse, SQL, PowerBi to effectively support staff and drive our approach to data analytics.
- Proven ability to design, develop and integrate multiple pieces of work or project / program outcomes, whilst considering risks and mitigation requirements for the organisation.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and engagement skills to represent the organisation with confidence.
- Proven success in leading teams and coaching individuals to deliver program and organisational outcomes.
- Ability to prepare quality business communication documents, including business and project plans, reports, briefing papers, general correspondence; with attention to detail.
- A commitment to the values of the organisation and a strong work ethic with a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to new situations, reform and innovation.
