- Remuneration: $95,702 - $105,516 (potential maximum grossed up salary equivalent $103,184 -$109,999*)

About:
The Projects and Performance Coordinator supports business excellence to improve organisational performance and achievement of the quintuple aim by embedding the project management framework within the organisation and improving project management skills and the use of our project management tools. The role will also manage projects as required.
This role is also responsible for managing key organisational deliverables, including the annual activity work plans, annual performance reports and the health needs assessment.
Selection Criteria:
Essential
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards, or equivalent experience in health and/or planning related disciplines.
- Experience in project/program management preferably in a health, local government and/or community services environment.
- Demonstrated ability and experience with writing high quality documents.
- Advanced interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to foster and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the capacity to analyse information and plan approaches.
- Proven ability to demonstrate initiative, work autonomously and contribute positively to the broader team through a collaborate approach.
- Demonstrated organisational skills to manage competing priorities in order to achieve desired outcomes within specific timeframes.
- Proven ability to utilise information technology tools in particular the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to an intermediate level.
