The Role:

- Remuneration: $95,702 - $102,516 (potential maximum grossed up salary equivalent $103,184 -$109,999*)

About:
The primary focus of the role is utilising and managing a range of systems and data analysis tools to produce high quality reports that inform organisational planning, programs, quality improvement and performance reporting.
The Reporting Analyst ensures strong data governance and the application of privacy principles to achieve quality outcomes. The role has a focus on supporting and upskilling staff to enhance data literacy and reporting capabilities across the organisation.
Selection requirements
Essential
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, report writing, and data management across multiple systems.
- Experience in effectively utilising data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) and a willingness to continually improve skills and knowledge in this area.
- Strong understanding of data governance, including privacy legislation and best practices in data security.
- Highly effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate in a non-technical way to business stakeholders and effectively engage with external third-party providers.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and analyse issues, problem solve, and provide solutions in a business environment.
- Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure alignment and progress on shared goals.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Desirable
- Functional and technical knowledge and experience with CRMs, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud-based data services.
- Experience using SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from relational databases.
