The Role

  • Contract Type: This position is full time
  • Location: Kingswood, NSW (hybrid opportunities may be considered upon application in line with our Work from Home Policy).
  • Remuneration: From $80,581 to $95,702* (potential maximum grossed up salary equivalent $88,063 - $103,184**)

*Dependent on skills and experience

**Based on NFP salary packaging tax benefits (which may be subject to criteria)

About:

In this role you will:

  • Design, develop, and coordinate and deliver training opportunities and events for primary care and the health workforce in the LGAs of Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Lithgow and Penrith.
  • Work with a range of key stakeholder groups throughout the event/training creation and delivery lifecycle.
  • Use your knowledge and skills in event management to design, develop, coordinate and administer webinars, presentations, full day workshops and online learning activities to the primary healthcare workforce.

The use of strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders to plan and coordinate Continued Professional Development (CPD) opportunities is a crucial component of this role as is your ability to foster and build these relationships.

Selection Requirements

Essential:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and or equivalent experience in the field of training and development, program management, or health.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills with the ability to liaise and partner with a range of people from diverse organisations and professional levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in the planning and coordination of events, training and/or development activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions and exercise judgement to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement concurrent small projects/activities, with a strong focus on information management and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to adopt and utilise information management systems (e.g., CRM) and other technology tools including online platforms, to an intermediate level.
