The Youth at Risk Alliance provides coordinated and integrated case planning for children unborn to 18 years with complex needs through its Complex Needs Assessment Panels (CNAPs). The CNAPs comprise of senior members of government and non-government agencies working collaboratively to support vulnerable child and your people on the Gold Coast and in Beenleigh.
The Family Support Worker assists the Complex Need Assessment Panel Team Leaders in providing flexible support and assistance to the target group. The role engages with children, young people and their parents and caregivers as per the case plan, and/or from recommendations made from the Complex Needs Assessment Panels.
