West Footscray Neighbourhood House is a non-profit organisation that offers a safe and inclusive place for the community to engage, connect and thrive. We offer a number of programs that support social participation and community engagement.
We are seeking a Childcare Administrator to support our Community Childcare.
As Childcare Administrator at West Footscray Neighbourhood House, your responsibilities include dealing with the day-to-day administration of our community childcare.
This is a diverse role which includes all aspects of childcare administration including expressions of interest, bookings, payments and CCS, parent communications and more. There is also some project work involved, such as compliance audit, updating policies and procedures and process development. You may also be asked to cover staff absences in the childcare room from time-to-time.
Being based in the general reception area for the Neighbourhood House, you will also have the opportunity to speak with a wide range of community members and program participants.
