The Women’s Housing Company (WHC) Limited is a registered charity and Tier 1 Community Housing Provider managing over 1200 properties providing housing, accommodation and support services for women and children across Sydney, the Hunter and Coffs Harbour.
At WHC we provide housing and homelessness services to single women and women with children in NSW. Last year, we housed almost 1,700 women and children, as well as supported over 300 homeless women. We have a particular focus on addressing the housing needs of older women, women with children, and women who have experienced domestic and family violence.

The General Manager (GM), Assets, is responsible for driving asset strategy and growth and maintaining the Company’s assets in accordance with the Women’s Housing Company and Government asset management standards, agreements and regulations. The General Manager is responsible for developing and managing the Women’s Housing Company long term asset management plan to ensure the sustainability of its asset holdings across their life cycle. This position is also the principal representative in the property acquisition, refurbishment, and development process.

We are looking for a strong leader who is committed to developing, supporting and coaching your team to deliver great outcomes for women and children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
You will have senior leadership experience, preferably in the community housing sector or related industry. You take pride in delivering quality properties and assets for the people who use them.
