The Role

Make a difference in our community!

This role supports community capacity building in exiting and newly established community volunteer groups who focus on conservation, biodiversity and land management. The role acts as a liaison between Council and community to achieve shared goals, build effective volunteer organisations and access grants.

About you

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with highly effective interpersonal skills, have a passion for community and the environment, understand the complexities of volunteer based organisations and have proven skills in project and events management.
