The Quality Officer role is responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of quality and clinical governance systems, ensure high standards of quality, care and safety and compliance through a coordinated and collaborative approach.
This includes facilitation of internal audits, continuous improvement measures by identifying, monitoring and actioning quality initiatives, developing training plans, policy and practice development and review across all Ageing Well Department teams.
The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance requirements are met and maintained.
