Windermere aims to assist people with a disability to identify support that really matters most to them. Our team of talented Paediatric Speech Pathologists work as part of a team of Allied Health Professionals and Early Childhood Education Specialists to provide service to children and youth aged 0 -12 years who may be demonstrating delays or difficulties with their development including speech, language, feeding and social skills.

We are currently seeking a Senior Paediatric Speech Pathologist for a Full Time (or 0.8FTE) position. We also offer a hybrid model of working which is a combination of working from home, meeting with consumers in their natural surroundings or within our offices in Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne and / or Pakenham.

You are adaptable and resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement of your practice ensures you make a real and lasting difference to the lives of your consumers.
Technical Skills & Professional Experience:
You will have a tertiary qualification within Speech Pathology and hold a current registration with Speech Pathology Australia. Furthermore, you will have specialist knowledge and relevant demonstrated experience within a paediatric practice.
