We're on the lookout for a proactive case manager to join our Housing and Homelessness Team as a dedicated HHS Support Worker (office based in Coburg) on an ongoing full-time basis.
This dynamic role promises each day to be a new adventure, collaborating closely with Coordinators, Case Workers, and Housing Support Staff across our site and programs. Your mission: to empower clients in securing and maintaining tenancies. Reporting to the HHS – Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in assisting some of our community's most vulnerable individuals, guiding them towards a meaningful life.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Records check. Applicants who have lived in a country other than Australia for a period longer than 12 months in the last 10 years may be required to undergo an International Police Check. Successful candidates will be required to comply with the Wintringham Health and Immunisation policy including having three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine before commencing employment and must provide evidence.
