We are seeking motivated and dynamic Employment Partners who will be responsible for providing wrap-around case management for our participants via effective support and education across the Central Coast region.

Locations include:

  • Gosford
  • Lake Haven
  • Wyong
  • The Entrance

About you:

  • Experience in sales or customer service within a service industry such as retail, hospitality, travel, nursing, banking and finance or insurance would be advantageous but not essential
  • Preferred tertiary qualification in a related field
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed planning and coordination skills
  • Negotiation, conflict management and mediation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work towards KPI’s
  • You will thrive on our key attributes of Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset
  • Computer literacy
  • Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
  • Hold a current driver's license
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID19
