A fantastic new and unique opportunity has arisen for a proven Manufacturing professional to join our high performing Disability Employment Services (DES) team and make a difference for people with disability!
As an Industry Employment Partner, you will partner with customers and employers within your industry across the Northern suburbs, creating opportunities to connect these people.
As an expert in your industry, you will increase the employment opportunities available for every customer of WISE Employment through strategic specialisation within local labour markets. You will utilise your savvy business development skills and industry knowledge and experience to build strong employer and industry partnerships creating employment opportunities for people with disability.
As part of your role, you will build strong relationships with colleagues across WISE’s network of sites to provide a wrap-around employment service to customers ensuring that customer goals and program requirements are achieved. You will deliver relevant industry workshops regularly to your customer base and employers to establish strong marketing briefs for the customer that result in ongoing paid employment.

WISE also operates two highly successful socially inclusive social enterprises.

This opportunity is a full-time maximum term contract to 30 June 2023 aligned to our funding arrangement.
