Wesley Mission has long been a leader in the suicide prevention field, establishing the first Lifeline Centre in 1963. If you have a background in psychology, counselling, or clinical supervision we would like to hear from you. A Lifeline Crisis Support Supervisor maintains and ensures the professional standards of telephone counselling/crisis support at Lifeline Sydney & Sutherland.
You will oversee and provide clinical and supervisory services to the crisis support team at Sydney and Sutherland. You will provide crisis management, reflective practice, debriefing activities, and group supervision. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure that our telephone counsellors/crisis supporters have the administrative, emotional and psychological support they require in their critical role with our centre.
Remuneration will be commensurate on your experience and skills. Generous salary packaging benefits are available.
