For 25 years, Wesley Out of School Hours Care has been a leader in providing before and after-school care and vacation care for primary school-aged children. As part of Wesley Mission, a trusted community service organisation with over 200 years of history, we are proud to deliver care that makes a lasting difference to children and their families.
With 12 services across Sydney and the Central Coast, Wesley OOSH is committed to creating spaces where children feel at home and families feel supported. We believe every child deserves an environment that encourages learning, connection and belonging.
Lead 6 to 8 services | Shape culture | Build future leaders
We are looking for a strong, practical leader to oversee a group of Out of School Hours Care services across Greater Sydney and regional NSW.
In this role, you will mentor and support Centre Coordinators, guide team performance, and ensure each service delivers safe, inclusive, and high-quality care. You will manage day-to-day operations, build strong relationships with schools and families, and lift service outcomes through consistent leadership.
You’ll work closely with our leadership team, contribute to planning and growth, and help shape the future of Wesley OOSH. You’ll have access to professional development, support from specialists across the organisation, and the opportunity to grow your career in a role that makes a real difference.
This is a great opportunity for someone who leads with purpose, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to build strong teams. Whether you’re an experienced multi-site leader or ready for the next step, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a leader who is ready to shape the future of Out of School Hours Care, someone who understands that real impact happens through people, culture, and community connection.
This role is for someone who sees beyond compliance and operations. You are driven by a bigger purpose.
At Wesley Mission, leadership is about influence. We want someone who leads with integrity, builds trust quickly, and knows how to bring people together around a shared vision.
We’re building something different, and we want a leader who can grow with us.
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Children's Services Award, with generous salary packaging benefits available. Additional benefits include discounted private health coverage, study assistance, and an employee assistance program.
