Wesley Out of School Hours Care (Wesley OOSH) provides high quality before and after school care and vacation care to primary school aged children. We currently have 12 services across Sydney and the Central Coast Sydney and are passionate about providing an environment that is warm, caring and engaging for children, staff, and families. We believe it is important that every child in our care feels at home in a secure environment where they can grow and learn.
Our North Rocks service is licenced for 152 children and is in a dedicated space within the school.
Become a valued part of our OOSH team as a casual or part-time Educator, working across before school care, after school care, and vacation care programs. Successful applicants may be considered for roles at other Wesley Mission OOSH services, with flexibility to assist different locations when required.
We’re seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual with strong leadership qualities and a passion for working with children. Ideal candidates will love getting outdoors, staying active, and organizing engaging, physical play. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, a genuine passion for working with children, and a dedication to fostering positive experiences. You will bring energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to your work, along with a collaborative approach to engaging with families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Children’s Services Award with generous salary packaging available.
