Your initial focus will be on supporting our home care portfolio as we seek to grow our home care team substantially over the next year and beyond.
This role is part of a pilot project to establish a talent acquisition function within Wesley Mission as we collaborate with an external provider. We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to join us with an opportunity to do something special providing best practice recruitment and selection.
As part of our People & Culture team, you will work with the HR Business Partner, alongside our hiring managers and other key stakeholders to provide exceptional talent acquisition support and advice.

You are efficient and excellent at coordinating the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including taking job briefs, agreeing the approach to sourcing, undertaking screening, recommending candidates for interview and offer management. You will also source internal and external candidates who align with Wesley Mission’s mission and values.
You have proven recruitment experience of at least two years, either in-house or with an agency. You have a positive, ‘go getter’ attitude, love working quickly, are passionate about providing a personalised, efficient, quality service and about maintaining positive working relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You also have the ability to establish a high degree of trust and credibility with stakeholders and to deliver outstanding recruitment results.
