This role will enthusiastically lead our team to deliver high quality services to enhance the lives and resilience of our residents. You will have had demonstrated experience working with an older client group.
You will be supported by Quality, Risk Compliance staff to ensure the Village meets compliance and accreditation standards, providing monthly performance and financial reports (both for management and the Village executive), and supporting our staff to create supportive communities where residents’ diversity and individuality are valued.
