We are seeking an enthusiastic administration professional who will enjoy working close to home primarily at our Blackburn office. The position is part time (60.8 hours per fortnight), working during office hours 9.00am to 5.06pm.
Key responsibilities of the Administration Officer include:

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having extensive experience in reception and/or office administration roles. Qualifications in Administration or previous experience in a human services organisation would be advantageous.
You will have the ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously to support a range of busy teams, while maintaining efficient office functions and site-specific administration requirements. You will enjoy interacting positively and calmly with people from all walks of life and be able to communicate clearly by phone and face to face.
