We are seeking an enthusiastic administration professional who will enjoy working on a casual basis as required across our Southern offices. The standard office hours are 9.00am to 5.06pm Monday to Friday.

In addition to the base hourly rate commencing at $33.41 and superannuation, you’ll also receive a 25% casual loading. To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having extensive experience in reception and/or office administration roles. Qualifications in Business Administration or previous experience in a human services organisation would be advantageous.
You will have the ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously to support a range of busy teams, while maintaining efficient office functions and site specific administration requirements. You will enjoy interacting positively and calmly with people from all walks of life and be able to communicate clearly by phone and face to face.
