We are looking for an experienced retail and logistics professional with an attitude of ‘best practice’ to support our warehouse, logistics, sorting and Brunswick op shop team to be the heart of our operations and growth strategy.
Our team is full of creative flair to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary op shops, and this all starts with our warehouse, sorting and logistics team, Uniting Op Shops nurture a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development within our teams. Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for sustainable fashion or charity retail, experience in leadership, strong stakeholder management skills, and an understanding of working with volunteers.
