As a Case Manager, working full time with Uniting’s Disability Employment Service (DES), you will deliver high-quality, person-centred services to individuals facing complex and vulnerable situations to support their journey to secure new work or return-to-work. This is an office-based role where you will work from different Uniting locations, servicing the greater Melbourne southeast region (St Kilda, Collingwood, Prahran, Dandenong, etc.), to support fluctuating caseloads as needed.

In addition to receiving a salary ranging between $71 000 - $76 000, superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

You hold strong communication and engagement skills with an ability to ensure mutual understanding occurs in all conversations and communications. You understand the need for KPIs and have worked in an environment that encourages the achievement of targets.
