As Community Housing Officer, working part time, you will build solid and proactive relationships with our renters to find and sustain suitable tenancy and re-enable their approach to long-term housing accommodation. You will collaborate with other Uniting Support Services to manage a range of tenancy and property functions within a dedicated portfolio ensuring that the balance between renter satisfaction and legislation is maintained.

We know it’s a steep learning curve when you first start. We’ll support you with a thorough induction and on-the-job training to help you ‘put your feet under the desk’ quickly.
In addition to a salary commencing at $47.50 per hour + superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits. There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program.
