Remote / Work from Home
The Uniting Energy Support Program delivers energy affordability education and advice for low-income and vulnerable householders across several States across Australia. Our clients are referred by financial counsellors, utility retailers and community service organisations to ensure our clients get the supports they need to stay connected to their energy supply, reduce ongoing energy costs, and get the wrap around support they need.
As an Energy Advisor, you will deliver energy support to clients by providing tailored energy efficiency information, support and advocacy to individuals and families who find themselves in financial difficulties related to utility issues. This support is delivered over the phone or through home visits.
In this role, you will also deliver community education to external community groups, organisations and community events on topics around residential energy efficiency, related energy grants and concessions, and financial literacy.
Our work isn’t easy, but it matters. Work with people who care as much as you.
