Your new role

Join our Early Learning team and inspire young minds while enjoying flexible hours. We are expanding our casual relief Kindergarten Teachers team for our 3-4-year-old integrated kindergarten services in Riddells Creek.

Our vibrant and inclusive kindergarten program runs Monday to Thursday, where our dedicated educators focus on nurturing each child's unique strengths, interests, and social connections.

Embracing the Montessori approach, we inspire children to cultivate a lifelong passion for learning through engaging indoor activities and enriching outdoor experiences, alongside our commitment to sustainability, inclusion, and diversity.

Your skills and experience

You will have availability for shifts Monday to Thursday and have experience or interest in the Montessori philosophy and practice.

You will also bring with you: 

  • Post-secondary qualifications in Early Childhood Education (three year minimum) as approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Standards and continuous quality improvement processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
