As Manager of Carer Wellbeing Support Services, you will oversee the leadership of our Carer Gateway Program and Support for Carers Program. Working closely with the Senior Manager, you will have both a strategic and operational focus to ensure high-quality, consumer-focused services are delivered to support unpaid carers. You will mentor and inspire a dynamic team and encourage a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Carer Gateway is a national initiative program funded by the Australian government, offering a range of short-term support services to carers who provide unpaid care and support to a family member or friend with disability, a medical condition, mental illness, or is frail due to age.
The Support for Carers Program is funded by the Victorian Government and aims to promote improved health and wellbeing of carers. The program provides tailored support via provision of flexible respite and support services for unpaid carers of people with care needs.
