Every day brings new challenges and opportunities; the work isn’t easy, but it matters. What our People and Culture Business Partners value the most are the strong relationships they build with our people leaders and a genuine partnership approach.
As a single point of contact for people leaders, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a range of employee and industrial issues. This includes change processes, managing disputes and disciplinary processes, complex workforce issues, effective performance management practices and foster high performing, consumer focused teams.
We believe in flexibility and currently work a combination of office-based time and work-from-home days. Our office in Lonsdale Street offers a range of concierge services, great end-of-trip facilities, and events such as free Yoga and well-being sessions.
Some travel to our offices in Croydon, Blackburn, and Ringwood in Melbourne's East for face-to-face interaction will be important for building solid partnerships and ensuring success in the role.
In addition to receiving a salary ranging between $98k - $105k + superannuation, you’ll also have access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits that can be used on rent, mortgage repayments, or living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program. You will have access to paid parental leave for up to 10 weeks and can receive a 10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre.
You love a good problem to solve and have a curious mindset that drives you to ask questions to gain deeper insights. You excel in an environment where you can leverage your comprehensive IR/HR expertise, and you feel energised when you see the growth of your people leaders' capabilities through your coaching and guidance.
