You will lead strategy, performance, and budget management of our Uniting Social Impact Consulting (USIC) social enterprise. You will drive business development and growth by cultivating new revenue-generating partnerships and strengthening our existing ones.
USIC is a social enterprise that aims to improve the quality of life for those that are experience financial hardship or vulnerability. USIC partners with corporate businesses to advise and support business transformation activities that would benefit the business and their customers. USIC also works closely with government, energy regulators and ombudsman to advise and advocate for systematic change that improves the outcomes for consumers experiencing vulnerability.
You’ll be backed by organisational commitment and work closely with stakeholders to align strategy with objectives, drive operational growth, and maximise impact for corporate partners, communities, and clients.
You will be supported by a well-established and high-performing leadership team and together you will build a sustainable revenue pipeline, deliver innovative, customer-focused services, and expand our service offerings.
In addition to a base salary of $150k - $161k + super, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
