This is a unique opportunity to lead the first 3-year-old Early Learning Program in Tasmania.
Based in East Devonport, you will enjoy a part-time role that combines operational leadership, including at least 6 hours of non-contact time and rostered teaching.
This brand-new program will operate Monday to Wednesday for on site teaching time, and you will lead and support a team focused on nurturing children’s strengths, interests and social connections and teaching values that reflect the community - kindness, reliance and teamwork.
You will be well supported to succeed in your new role and have opportunities to grow and develop as part of the Tasmanian Early Learning leadership team. A diploma educator will be part of your team and will also have dedicated non-contact time to support you and the program.
In addition to a base hourly rate + super, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
