We have an opportunity for a Key Worker to join our High Risk and Targeted Care Packages (TCP) team based at Dandenong on a permanent full time basis.
TCPs are an allocation of funding attached to a specific child or young person which are used to prevent the child or young people from entering residential care, or transition from residential care into an alternate living arrangement that better meets their needs.
As a Key Worker you will provide individualised and flexible case management support to children and young people who present with challenging behaviours and are supported by a TCP. The role will support children, young people and their carers across a range of individualised placement options including foster care, kinship care, lead tenant, independent living or within the family home.
Join an organisation where we don’t just provide a service. We use our connections, our size, our scale, and our knowledge to push into places where we feel like we should be doing more.
In addition to receiving a salary equivalent to SCHADS Level 5 and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
