Lead the business operations of Home-Based Care services to ensure consumers and carers are supported to ensure safe and thriving statutory placements.
Assist with the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of the specific programs and implement improvements through collaboration.
Establish, lead, coach and inspire an engaged and productive team in leading practices and effective process governance.

In addition to your salary of (SCHADS Level 6) + super, Maximum Term Full Time, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
