As Team Leader, leading a small team of Orange Door Practitioners in a matrix supervision model, you will support, develop, and mentor your team to deliver a high-quality referral service to people accessing the Orange Door for support. You will work collaboratively across an integrated service system to maintain positive and develop new relationships with partner organisations and key agencies.
