You’ll provide high-quality trauma-informed practice advice and guidance to our Therapeutic Residential Services in Horsham (Wimmera), through coaching, role-modelling, and supporting staff with the application of Uniting’s Therapeutic Model of Care.
As a key care team member, you’ll conduct therapeutic assessments and develop therapeutic plans and practice advice that promote the needs of young people residing in residential care.
You will lead reflective practice sessions with staff to problem-solve and collaboratively develop strategies and approaches that optimise young people’s healing and progress towards desired outcomes.

In addition to your base hourly rate (SCHADS Level 8) and super, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
