You will be key in operationalising our volunteer strategy and helping shape the future of volunteering across Uniting.
You will focus on resourcing, supporting, and developing volunteer opportunities across Uniting, working closely with stakeholders and local volunteer leaders to successfully manage and deliver high-engagement volunteering programs.
You will advocate for and embed a contemporary approach to volunteering that challenges us to expand and develop our volunteer opportunities. You will also build a comprehensive model of training, development, and resources for our volunteer leaders.
The position can be full-time or part-time (0.8-0.9 FTE); talk to us about what you are looking for, and we’ll see if we can make it work.
In addition to a base salary of $102-109k + super, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
