We are seeking qualified and passionate Support Coordinator. You will play a pivotal role in supporting people with disabilities to improve their quality of life by assisting them to understand and implement their NDIS package. This includes establishing positive relationships with a broad range of service users and stakeholders, developing and implementing support plans, and coordinating with a wide range of services.
Be part of a supportive team whose focus is to build supportive, long-term, respectful relationships with people experiencing psychosocial or other disabilities. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to empower individuals to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. It is well suited to candidates with an interested in case management and recovery-based practice.

To be eligible for employment, you must also have an ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card with NDIS Check, working rights in Australia, and be willing to undertake background checks required for the position.
