In this role you will take co-ownership of the human resources function at Women’s Legal, providing strategic advice, developing and implementing HR initiatives, managing policies/procedures, and delivering high quality HR services to a diverse workforce. With your job share partner and the HR Officer, you will form a strong HR team, supporting managers and the broader team across the employee lifecycle.
This role is required to work Monday and Wednesday with flexibility as to the third day each week.
You are passionate about fostering a high-performance culture and driving positive change in a not-for-profit environment. You stay up to date on best practice HR functions across the employee lifecycle, so that the way we work and the HR service we provide continues to be best practice. You have a strong interest in workforce development and planning, and in fostering a diverse workforce, with a strong, positive culture.
You have experience in general HR management, ideally working with the SCHADS award. You take ownership of initiatives, propose solutions, and enjoy collaborating with a broad range of team members to find the best way to proceed. You are super organised with great time management skills.
