We exist to help build a gender equitable society, driving systemic change and advocating for solutions for equality, safety and economic security. Women’s Legal provides legal services within a multi-disciplinary and trauma-informed practice in the areas of family law, family violence, victims of crime, migration and child protection. Our model incorporates social work and financial counselling to provide wrap-around support to our clients.

Reporting to the Director of Education and Engagement, you will provide high quality project management expertise to deliver the Family Law Capacity Building Project. The Project provides best practice training and capacity building activities to community lawyers to develop their family violence and family law legal skills, and to support with the establishment and strengthening of family law legal practices in community legal services.
You will also provide strategic guidance in project management methodologies and develop project management tools and templates to support project management capacity in the Education and Engagement Program, and to embed consistent project management practices across WLSV.
