The Field Operations Manager focuses on leading and managing field operations to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and regional plans within our Australia First Nations context. Reporting to the Head of Australia Program & Australia First Nations, you will drive organisational culture initiatives, maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
You will lead and support a strong and high performing project implementation team, enabling a culture of collaboration and passion for First Nations people leading their own development and communicating the impact of community-led development over the long term.
This role plays an integral part in the organisation, enabling us to support our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world’s most vulnerable children and adults.
We are looking for someone who is a great leader and team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
