This role is responsible to manage the day to day operations of the Little Things Café concerning all things coffee. Ensuring excellent Knowledge of Specialty Coffee presentation and service delivery, adequate staffing and compliance with all relevant health and safety requirements.
This role acts as the daily face of Little Things Café and brings to life a great environment as well as embodying and communicating the bigger story behind Little Things Café and Change Coffee.

This role is a casual position and will be based at Little Things Cafe in Blackburn, Victoria. We trade Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 2pm. With a possibility of opening on Sundays in the future.
