The Project Facilitator is part of the West Kimberley Youth Development Program which is currently working localise the IMPACT Club model for youth (10-17 years) living in Mowanjum and Derby. IMPACT Club helps prepare First Nations young people for life after school.
Club members, aged 10-18, meet each week for 2-3 hours to learn about a topic under four learning areas: Working Together, Stand-Up Step-Up Speak-Up, Work Ready and Strong Business. Clubs are facilitated by adult role models from the local community.
As the Project Facilitator you will mentor and support IMPACT Club Leaders to contextualise and deliver the IMPACT Club project in two separate communities within the West Kimberley Youth Development Program.
This role is a full-time Permanent role, it will be based in our office in Derby, WA. This role requires regular travel to remote communities.
