This dynamic role leads the development and execution of innovative strategies and campaigns to expand, engage, and retain World Vision Australia’s Gifts in Wills (GIW) supporter base. It aims to inspire loyalty and deepen long-term connections with supporters.
The role is responsible for delivering donor-centric mass marketing and lead-generation campaigns (DM, digital, telemarketing, eDM) to increase the visibility and impact of the Gifts in Wills program among internal and external stakeholders, including staff, supporters, donors, the broader community and third-party collaborators.
This position drives the acquisition of new GIW supporters and manages GIW communications to strengthen donor relationships and retain donor loyalty, ensuring the implementation of industry best practices.
