Women’s Property Initiatives (WPI) is an independent Melbourne based community housing organisation passionately committed to addressing the affordable housing issue for women headed households. Providing high-quality long term housing and partnering with support services to provide new beginnings and positive futures for the women and children we house.
We are currently seeking an experienced Tenancy and Property Manager to join our team.
As a Tenancy and Property Manager Worker you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, organising maintenance, rent collection and linking renters to support services if required.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience as Tenancy and Property Manager, ideally in the Community Housing Sector, but not essential. You will be able to demonstrate maturity, insight, flexibility, initiative and have the capacity to willingly engage with people to build rapport and trust. You will also have good interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication.
