Project Officer - Family Violence Housing - Exit Pathways - Central Highlands

  • Fixed Term – 12 Months (0.6 – 0.8 to be negotiated)

The project officer will be required to:

  • Facilitate the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Program to ensure targets and performance measures are met in line with Program Guidelines
  • Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with Housing, Real Estates and other appropriate stakeholders to enhance service delivery, relationship-building and cross-service knowledge sharing
  • Monitor the budget to meet Program requirements
  • Facilitate the delivery of housing support that utilises a family violence lens

We’re searching for skilled applicants that have:

  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgement to provide quality client services within an intake and collaborative case management framework
  • A high level of interpersonal skills to work respectfully, autonomously, and effectively within a team and in collaboration with other professionals and organisations
  • A willingness and ability to learn and develop. A knowledge of family violence and/or housing is preferred but no essential.

This is a great opportunity to build relationships and collaborate with case managers, housing workers and real estate agents and have a meaningful impact for clients in temporary and crisis accommodation.
