Our engineering program is designed to engage youth through culturally informed vocational learning projects. This program is tailored to address the unique challenges in The East Kimberley, where disengagement from education has led to antisocial behaviour and criminal activity.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with young participants, guiding them through hands-on engineering projects.

  • Provide mentorship and share your expertise to help youth develop technical skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure all work is culturally appropriate and aligned with the program’s educational goals.
