As part of the Office of the CEO, the position supports the Manager, Office of the CEO with a range of administrative duties including Executive diary support, travel scheduling, meeting logistics and expense management for the Executive Team. The position engages with a range of WWF internal and external stakeholders to coordinate information, meetings and events.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to work both autonomously and constructively within a team and be aligned with WWF's vision, mission and I-CCaRe Values - Integrity, Courage, Collaboration and Respect.
