ABOUT YOUR ORGANISATION

Wyndham Park Community Centre (WPCC) exists to create a community where everyone belongs. As a vibrant Neighbourhood House, we foster inclusion, social connection, and resilience for communities in Werribee and Hoppers Crossing. Funded by the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation, this project will scale up climate resilience efforts across four local government areas in Melbourne’s west, ensuring that communities most affected by climate change are equipped with the knowledge and tools to respond.
