This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and develop education and training programs that empower individuals and families.

About the Role

As Education Manager, you will manage the education programs, including overseeing the design, delivery, and compliance of our Skills First, ACFE pre-accredited, AMEP, and SEE programs across a number of locations. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a team of educators and ensure high-quality training services that meet community needs.

Key Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
• Extensive experience in adult and community education
• Knowledge of Skills First, AMEP, SEE, and ACFE programs
• Strong understanding of AQTF and VRQA compliance
• Experience in staff management, program design, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, IT, and leadership skills
