As a Room Leader, you’ll play a vital role in guiding and inspiring educators, volunteers, and students within a designated room. You'll provide supervision, direction, and pedagogical leadership while ensuring a supportive and safe environment for children. Your leadership will contribute to creating a high-quality care program in collaboration with the Educational Leader and your team. You’ll also support and backfill the Childcare Centre Coordinator as needed.
