Are you passionate about using data to tell a powerful story? Do you have a talent for research, data analysis, and creating meaningful impact through evaluation? YFS is looking for a skilled Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to join our team and support our mission to create positive change in the community.
This is a part-time, four-day-a-week opportunity, but we’re open to flexibility for the right applicant.
Are you skilled in monitoring and evaluating data? Can you leverage your research and evaluation expertise to demonstrate the impact of our programs, support organisational learning, and drive continuous improvement. This role is responsible for measuring outcomes in alignment with YFS’ Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Framework, helping shape the future of our services.
